3XM Development was founded by Lance Hall, a serial entrepreneur with a lifelong track record of building, scaling, and exiting businesses.

Lance built his first company in 1981 and has since launched and operated ventures across multiple industries. He earned his degree from the University of Southern California in Entrepreneurial and Venture Management, reflecting a career defined by initiative, problem-solving, and calculated risk-taking.

Among his early successes, Lance built a pay television station from the ground up in Buffalo, New York, followed by a second station in Rochester, New York. After operating both for several years, he successfully sold them to the Playboy Channel during its early expansion.
